A few from the sketchbook:

Whenever bored I just draw Batman.

Two concept sketches for a contest the Bond St Bar in Asbury Park is running to design an ad.

A couple of t-shirt design ideas.

A quick Taylor Swift caricature I did off the tv.
I’ve always thought she had a fascinating face for drawing. Because of her unique face, her age, and her teeny-bopper music, I’d been on the fence for awhile about whether I found her attractive or not, but I finally just gave in and admitted that I think she’s hot. Did you know she’s, like, 5’11″ ? I think that’s what pushed it over the edge for me. When you’re a 6’1″ leg man, that is SEXY.
One of my New Year’s resolutions is to come up with at least one finished piece of art each week, even it’s just a silly little cartoon drawing. And, guess what, kids?!?! With every silly little cartoon drawing I do, I’m going to let you pay money to wear it on a t-shirt!!! Truly, these are amazing times we live in.
Here’s the first one: a li’l retro style space gal with a come-hither look in her eyes. But, watch your step, men! She’s armed with a deadly ray gun!!!

Work-In-Progress Sketches:

A quick note to those of you who ordered some of my “You Got CERV’D!” shirts off of Zazzle in the last week or two and had that order cancelled:
The shirts have been taken off the site for now due to a bit of unintentional copyright infringement on my part. Even though I made certain not to include ANY copyrighted words or images in the design itself, I did use Cervelli’s and the Yankees’ names in the description. That’s a no-no according to Zazzle’s terms of service, so the shirts have been taken down. I’ll be re-posting the design later on today, without any mention of what the hell the shirt means or is about, and everything should be kosher. I apologize for the delay, and greatly thank all of you for your interest in my li’l picture. You guys kick ass.

Hey, Yankees fans! Here’s a li’l ole t-shirt design I came up with celebrating the Bombers’ young catcher Francisco Cervelli and the “Great Gazoo”-like helmet he wears to protect his precious pinstriped noggin. Customize your own shirt, or one of many other products over at zazzle.com and help keep things humming along here at Craig Mahoney Studios – “Working hard for you!!!”
