Monday night I had an absolutely fantastic time catching former centerfielder, World Series champion, and Yankee legend Bernie Williams with his jazz collective at City Winery NYC. For one night my art, my love of jazz, and my Yankee fandom all were able to come together as one. Thanks to my man Bald Vinny for the sweet seat and post-show meet and greet. It gave me an excuse to finally paint up this concept I had for a retro style Bernie Williams album cover. I am happy to say Bernie himself enjoyed it.
